SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

[Shipping]
Our order-cut-off time is 8AM Mon - Thu and your order is being shipped out on the same day of the order-cut-off.
Basically, your order is arriving on the next business day before the end of the day, by FedEx Standard Overnight.
If you order between 8AM Thursday and 8AM next Monday, it will be shipped out on Monday unless Monday is a holiday.



[Cancellation]
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
If your cancellation request is made after 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, we will try our best to honor your request.
However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it as we ship them out at 8:00 AM. 



[Returns]
Due to the nature of our products being food products,
unfortunately, they cannot be returned.



[Damages and Issues]
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photo of the items which are visible clearly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.



[Exchanges/Refunds]
We will notify you if the exchange/refund are approved or not.
If the exchange is approved, we will contact you for re-shipping.
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
